I opted for a gourmet dinner, and was pleasantly surprised by the innovation evident in the dishes. Each plate was thoughtfully crafted, blending local ingredients into fresh takes on traditional Nordic cuisine. The pre-dinner drinks were a charming touch, setting the mood for the evening. Breakfast was enjoyable, yet I would have appreciated a bit more creativity on the buffet; perhaps incorporating more seasonal options would elevate the experience further. Nevertheless, the spacious room provided a comfortable retreat after my culinary adventures, and the swimming pool was a delightful perk to unwind in. With electric cars shuttling guests every hour, getting to and from the city was seamless.
